Due to courier collections the cut off time for our for Priority orders is 12 noon.   Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.   Priority orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be treated as if   placed on the next working day.

 Normal orders will   be dispatched within 1 to 3 days.

In the UK orders usually take 1-5 business days from the   day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer.

For delivery outside the UK allow 7-10 business days for   We do not deliver outside the UK

UK Priority Service
  UK purchasers can also upgrade to our Priority Service. By selecting our   Priority Service your order will be dispatched the same working day (as long   as placed before the 12noon cut off) and will be delivered on a trackable   Delivery by Ipost parcels..

The priority fee is £9.99 per delivery





Everyone is entitled to change their mind with any   purchases made from us, we appreciate that sometimes products look different   on your mantelpiece or table than they did on the website. If you change your   mind then goods may be returned within 28 days of delivery to you. This may   only be done by first contacting the Candletime team at saleshelp.candletime@gmail.com,   or by phone 01142569770 & requesting a returns authorisation reference.


Goods will not be   accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.


You will be required to cover the cost of the return   postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item   for return.

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and   Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.


With regards to breakages and replacements, we will   replace any broken items. Should you suffer a breakage, we'll send you the   replacement, please take a picture and email it to us.  We will advise if we require the goods to   be returned to us or if we are happy for you to dispose of the item.
